These Terms and Conditions govern access to Callbacker, a missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, booking, and payment-link service provided by AppFrost LLC dba Callbacker.

Use of Callbacker

Callbacker helps local service businesses respond to missed calls, collect lead details, schedule service windows, send service updates, and send payment links. You are responsible for using Callbacker lawfully and for having permission to contact customers.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Callbacker customer-care SMS. Messages may include missed-call replies, lead follow-up, scheduling options, booking confirmations, service updates, support replies, and payment-link notices.

Message frequency varies based on missed calls, booking activity, service updates, and customer replies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or account creation.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact support at support@callbacker.io.

Customer Consent

Businesses using Callbacker must collect and honor customer consent for SMS communications. Callbacker records opt-in details where the product collects consent and honors standard opt-out keywords.

Payments and Third-Party Services

Callbacker may use third-party providers for messaging, hosting, payments, analytics, and support. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Third-party services may have their own terms.
